The stuff was so nice and helpful, the minute we step inside the building they were so warm and welcoming. We only stood there for one night but it was perfect looking to see Venice, they were so kind letting us leave our bags there for the day as we had to take the train in the afternoon and is close by the station as well. To get to Venice, there is a bus station just across the road from the hotel and you can get the bus tickets at the coffee shop just a few doors from the hotel as well, so everything is right there!

Staff, location, value for money, they provided all guidance required for venice site seeing. They also have passes for the convenience of tourists and they provided us at the same price. Bus stop opposite to hotel. Supermarket, restaurants available nearby.

Great location on the bus stop to get to Venice in 15 minute. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic and unadorned. Beds are comfortable and linen clean. Nice hot showers with good pressure. A good option for the convenience and price and for someone who is likely spend long periods away but requires a cheap, comfortable and safe base to return to for rest and sleeping

Room was clean. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room with cups. But staff was nice and offered us a kettle from the common area (I think). Overroll the people who worked there were nice and willing to help. Close to the hotel was a caffe where we had coffee and some breakfast.
