The Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Booked a taxi for us for 1 am in advance. Carried our luggage to taxi etc.

Breakfast was good. Very good location. Tram Stop to Venezia is near. Hotel staff is friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier that check in time.

I was able to borrow umbrella, staff was very helpful and when I was leaving, nobody was pushing me, let's say respect was very important

Hotel President was just okay. The room was not big enough for four adults; with a double bed and two single beds, it felt quite crammed. The bathroom did not meet our expectations. Overall, the stay was average. However, the breakfast included was very good, and the staff was very friendly.
