Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We arrived late, after the check-in time, but the receptionist kindly waited for us and made sure we were settled in – such amazing service! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. They explained exactly how to get to Venice and made everything easy for us. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great value for money – you get much more than you’d expect at this price. The location is excellent: quiet, yet perfectly connected to Venice and nearby areas. Overall, a warm, welcoming place with a team that truly cares. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

The receptionist was extremely helpful as we were totally unaware that Venice had brought in a ‘Venice Access Fee’ that affects tourists for certain days from April - July. Luckily he was able to fill this out for us as we arrived so we weren’t fined on our imminent trip into Venice! The location of the Hotel was perfect for day tripping into Venice! Just a short walk from the Molmenti Tram station, you can take the T1 tram and be in Venice within 15 minutes. From the Venezia Mestre train station you can also take the 15 & 43 bus to the Marghera bus station in 12 minutes, with this stopping very close to the hotel. Near the hotel is the Taverna Fontana restaurant which is delicious, and would highly recommend a visit for dinner. The room itself was in very good condition, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge which was extremely handy with the 30+ degree heat we encountered! It certainly didn’t feel like we were staying at a 2* hotel. We didn’t opt for breakfast when we booked, however it is 10€ pp.
