The staff were very helpful. Melanie explained the best ways for us to get to Venice and how to get the day pass. They usually wind up by 10PM, however, one evening when we arrived past midnight and couldn't get into our room, we called up the emergency number provided, and the staff came to our help within minutes. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay.

I will start with the staff, excellent staff. Riccardo went extra mile to help and guide. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the main train station, close by supermarket. Clean hotel with nice rooms with all the basics.
