Excellent location. Wonderful balcony and garden with views. Lovely simple rooms, great veranda with plentiful seating and tea/coffee making facilities/ fridge etc.

I stayed at this place for 2 weeks, and I really loved everything about it. I especially want to highlight a few points: - The hospitable hosts with whom you can have a great small talk. - Wonderful and varied breakfasts. The cuisine is closer to European style, which is rare and a huge plus in Mestia. - Stylish and cozy interior of the house and rooms, without any old-fashioned design. - Excellent value for money. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely come back again

This place has left the best impressions! The house is in perfect condition built with love and perfect taste. The location is very close to Centre (about 5 mins walk) and very quiet. Beautiful yard and view from terrace is everything! Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough to feel yourself comfortable even for a long stay. The owners are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. We felt ourself like at home or at friend's house. Dears, we would like to thank you for this unique experience. I would like to come back here again and again, recommend to everyone!
