They didn't clean and replaced the coffee courtesy second day. I ask the from desk staff and they didn't help, everything in the app they said. Other than that everything is OK

Awesome budget stay in Mérida that exceeded our expectations. Beds were big and comfy, our room was very clean and the shower was amazing with plenty of pressure and hot water.

The second time I checked in, it was nice. Clean and quiet. There is a refrigerator and microwave, simple utensils, but enough. Just one thing to understand, the hotel only provides the first 2 bottles of mineral water and coffee for free, and then you need to pay for more. There was no daily cleaning service, and I stayed for four days without anyone picking up the garbage.
