Staff were great, and very cheerful. Rooms were nice, pool was good, and the breakfast pretty good (although a bit of fruit would have been nice). Very well located in the old town, with some great bars and restaurants nearby. The jazz bar across the road is magnificent, and surprisingly cheap.

We spent a few days at this hotel with our family and we were very happy with our stay. The pool was definitely a highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is excellent – close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Mérida’s main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel truly welcome. Breakfasts were simple but enough to start the day off right. We definitely recommend this hotel in Mérida

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Room was generally clean except we killed a few small roaches over the night. Free parking and in the centre of the city.
