The fine print
During the summer, July 3rd to August 31st, our Front Office is open from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less, and will incur an additional charge of 18€ per day, not included in the room rate.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Loved the hotel location and breakfast, we thought the staff were amazing and the room/ facilities were spotless. The room was lovely but bathroom (toilet) was a little bit small as my husband is very tall. Overall we had a great time. The staff picking us up and dropping us off around the resort was amazing and at no point did we have to wait around which was a surprise!

Perfectly located hotel. Welcoming and very helpful staff. A truly amazing breakfast, I have never had such light pastries/bread. Selection incredible and fresh, was also able to order eggs/omelettes in addition to the cooked breakfast, cold meats, salmon and cakes. Also lots of heathy options of yoghurt, muesli and a fruit bowl. A nice touch to get slippers and bath robes in the room as well.

Very good breakfast, lovely service, central location so close to everything you need from the lifts to the restaurants to the chemist.

The staff were fabulous. Always helpful and going the extra mile. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Mirabel Village and close to access to the slopes. Bar is very cosy and lively.
