Good location. Nice and very polite staff. Tasty food. The pool was clean. Lovely place with an amazing nature . Reception was very helpful.

Authentic architecture, quiet place with lots of trees, clean rooms and GREAT FOOD. The staff were polite and smiling. The hotel is 2 months. walking from the centre of Melnik.

Very nice location and very well equipped. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the very good internet service all over the premises. The breakfast was outstanding (5 choices) and staff were very helpful. Good value! Parking on premises.

Basic room but the setting of hotel is great and personnel is friendly! Pool area was nice and they had varied breakfast.
