“Wonderful stay at the most beautiful beach of Kea!”

It was an excellent stay at the very cozy apartment! It was 2 min walk from the beautiful beach, it was calm and quite empty, so we felt like staying in a wild environment in the early mornings and evenings. We also had a pool on the roof with the wonderful view to the sea.

The studio apartment is very pleasant, clean, modern and minimalist in it's style. Gorgeous location, above a beautiful beach. We loved the remote area, the stunning view from the terrace, especially in sunset times. Ninetta was super nice and accommodating.

The host Evangelia was super helpful. Met us at the ferry & took us to our studio and explained everything for us. She was always available on WhatsApp for suggestions and recommendations. She even went above and beyond to help us to communicate with the car rental. The studio was SUPER clean. We had all what we needed for our 8 days stay. if “relaxing” is your goal, them you will find Xyla studios the best spot in Kea. We almost had an entire beach for ourselves. The sunset from the terrace / pool was one of our favorite. Restaurants / supermarkets and bars were a 15-20min drive. The road is unpaved but we were aware in advance and got used to it my the end. :-) . A 4x4 is a plus but not necessary
