We liked the location , Jake tried very hard to help sort out the fact we had no coffee machine, no aircon and substandard bathroom products. The shower was not very clean and some tables and benches had not been wiped down- the coffee ring was still evident. Access to on site management not great.

Central CBD location, and being on a lane it was in the CBD but nice and quiet at night. Patricia's Coffee was next door and was great, and an easy 4 min stroll to Hardware Lane where there were some amazing restaurants to choose from. Trams were located on either end of the lane so we could get anywhere within a 2 min walk to get the right tram for our journeys.
