The apartment was easy to access with convenient parking for $25 per day. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The views of the waterfront are lovely. The tram stop is very close and in the free tram zone. It made a really nice change to staying in the CBD and I would stay here again.

Perfect location which is close to the CBD (free tram to the city) yet quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Fully equipped with all necessities for a homestay. 3 minutes walk to the tram station and there are plenty of groceries and restaurants within 1-5 minutes walk. Comfortable bed and sofa, splendid view at night. You can see the hot air balloon in the early morning from the apartment and enjoy the stunning sunset at the deck. All the equipment provided are of good quality brand and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves living there.
