Location: across the road from entrance to Flinders St Train station and very close proximity to several tram stops therefore the whole city of Melbourne easily accessible - either by public transport / walking eg NGV / galleries, Immigration Museum, State Library, exhibitions, shopping precincts, theatres, Sea Life, restaurants, sporting grounds; plus lots of other ‘entertainment’ venues. Newer areas such as Docklands also within easy reach. Easy access to Southbank via a pedestrian bridge across the Yarra River. Room: large with comfortable bed; large bathroom with shower access for ‘disabled’; curtains provided total darkness; air-con easy to operate and very quiet; Restaurant - variety of dishes in menu; bar area created ambience in reception area; room service - food arrived in a timely manner; Reception: staff were friendly, organised and accommodating (eg could leave luggage after checkout before an evening flight); communicated via texts at various times during my stay which enabled a couple of aspects to be addressed satisfactorily. Choc cookie was a welcome start!

Centrally located to trams, trains and the all the main attractions of Melbourne CBD. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Facilities are excellent. Great for weekend footy trip.

The bed was sooooo comfy. The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and ready to help when needed
