The apartment is so good, secure, long and spacious. Could live there permanently. It is 100% quiet with the balcony door shut and fine when it is open. It really is located perfectly on the rim of the city centre but above is the peaceful Flagstaff Gardens and Queen Vic Market. Below is the docklands, spencer street skybus and Marvel stadium which we utilised. So clean and perfectly fitted out. Ivy checks and looks out to make sure you are okay at all the right times. Thanks. I stayed with my 11 year old and we walked straight north to the Zoo through the heritage of North Melbourne and the other way south to the aquarium without stepping off King Street / Batman St until we got there. Will be looking to book this one again when we travel to Melbourne.

Calming Urban Oasis have all necessary facilities, cooking, laundry, air condition, parking. Ten minuts walking to the flagstaff station of public transpotations is very convenient. Nearby the Flagstaff park.
