Low alarm battery disrupted sleep the first night. Inquiries with owner/agent were answered brusquely. Maybe language was a barrier. Apt was clean but a little run down. Beds quite hard and low but able sleep. Air con good. Location good. First access to apt was complicated and entry way from Bourke St is a little scary.

The location was very good as it was close to most parts of the city and next door to Chinatown and the theatre districts.
