Staff is very helpful, go out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. Attended to all our questions and requests no matter how small. Room is big. Very clean. Have everything you need. Can't praise them enough.

Very clean & modern and the elevator is a huge plus! Comfortable beds, pillows and linen that are of above-average quality. Most hotel-like Minsu I’ve come across. Ms Lee was a most welcoming & enthusiastic host! The helpers are also very kind to heat up our food and make us extra fruit when we were having a take-out dinner at the end of a long day of trekking. Felt very well taken care of during our 3 nights stay!
