We were here in 2024 and also in 2025 for a week. The apartment was clean. The owner is really nice always helpful if we needed anything. We had terrace to have breakfast, lunch and drinks. Really quite so you can have a nice sleep. We had also a parking space in the garden. We used the Bijeca beach which is about 10 minutes walk. I totally recommend it. If we come to Medulin next year we will be back :)

The property is beautiful and a short walk to the beach, city centre and overall in a perfect place. The owner greeted us very friendly and every time he saw us, asked if is everything okay and if we need anything. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. We were very happy with our stay here. :)

It was clean, comfortable and tidy. Close to the beaches, it took only a pleasant, short walk to get there.
