The cleanliness of the rooms.. Shabein Hussein was very helpful. The Buffe is well appreciated as well.

staff were very helpful, the waiter Shamim at breakfast was very good, he would bring us fresh breakfast to our table everyday we were there. The housekeeping staff were also very good, Tashim and Reshad kept out rooms fully stocked and had our laundry washed and returned the same day. 10/10 experience from the staff there.

Everything went perfectly during my stay, especially in the morning hours in the lounge area. I would give a 10 out of 10 to everything – the service, the environment, and especially the staff. A special mention goes to Faysal, the young man working at the restaurant. His attitude and dedication to serving guests were outstanding. He truly made a difference and deserves recognition for his excellent service.
