The reception and concierge staffs were please and nice, speaks fluent English. They went out of the way to let me know that the room was ready early. The room we got (118) was huge, nice and clean, better than what we saw on the web. Welcome fruit basket was sent to the room later. The reception followed up after we check in, asking if everything was all right. We love this place. Decor were nice and tasteful. Distant to haram is walkable to main gate, or even closer to the gate through Taiba building. Nice cafe at the lobby, wasn't crowded the whole time we were there. Lifts were working very fast, which are rare!. Surrounding the hotel were many restaurants, shops and mini markets. The pedestrian street hotel has parking, although we did not use it. All in all, this is place is very nice!
