Positives are excellent staff, very helpful, Rayyan security helped a lot so grateful to him, cleaners are receptive to requests. Location excellent, close to haram as well as main roads so can take a taxi quicker. Lots of lifts. Negatives are rooms are very dated, needs an urgent refurbishment. Cleanliness not the best, rooms were tight.

Neat and tidy hotel, location near to Nabawi Mosque. Special thanks to reception staff allowed me to earlier check in and free parking. Will come back to this hotel once visit Madinah again, Insyaa Allah

The staff was very helpful, especially both cleaners on the day and night shifts. The location is great, as it's just a 7 to 10-minute walk to Gate 326, and there are many shops ,resturants ,cafes and a mall nearby. Overall, a convenient and pleasant experience."
