Dear Hotel Management, As per your request to comment to stayed during the Eid holiday. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and appreciate the service. However, I noticed that the bathroom was quite small, and after some time, an unpleasant smell was coming from the drainage. I suggest that the cleaning staff visit the rooms daily to ensure better cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience. The bathroom was not good enough. The shower curtain is not long enough so the water spreads on the floor. Also lid of the high-commode was partly broken, needs to be fixed.

Bathroom was tiny. Struggled to have a shower in the small cabin and not the cleanest. Toilet seat was broken also. Overall location ideal and only a 2 to 3 mins walk to masjid nabawi. Room tidy and clean and room service was good. Lifts not ideal, always overcrowded. Bathroom was the downside to the property
