Room service and housekeeping provided by Sakir were exceptional—his attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness truly stood out. He always wore a warm smile and was consistently polite and courteous. In fact, with his welcoming nature, he would be an excellent choice to greet guests at the front reception. This was my second stay here within the last six months, and I found the room to be well-lit and airy, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The only downside was the kitchen, which could definitely use some improvement. However, overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

A great place with an amazing staff. Main point for me was that they were very responsive. I felt immediate hospitality. The room was by far one of the best I have been in in Madinah accommodation. The location is a bit confusing since they have multiple buildings and I would say the one I was in was further away from Haram. Still, excellent accommodation

The location was great. Walking distance to the masjid Nabawi. Breakfast fast selection was good.
