This hotel is at an exceptional location. Step out of hotel and u are in masjid nabvi. The allotted rooms door lock didn't worked. So they changed my room. Thanks to manager Mr Abdul hafeez and receptionist Ms. Yusra. We could see their good efforts to keep the guests happy and enjoy the stay. I was informed that the management is new. So i am sure they will improve the services in the future. They distributed sweets and water after the Eid al adha prayers. Appreciate the efforts Mr. Abdul hafeez, Ms yusra and team.

I used to prefer the Hayah Golden Hotel over rest because of its location. The staff is well cooperative. The receptionist and one of their staff Mr Hafeez are praiseworthy, they welcome you with an open heart.

Location wise 10/10. Moreover, staff especially Receptionist Mr Umar is well cooperative.
