Our stay at the Grand Plaza Medina was made extra special thanks to Farouk and Imran from the housekeeping team. They were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Every day, our room was spotless and beautifully arranged, and they always greeted us with warm smiles. Their dedication and hospitality truly stood out and made us feel very welcome. We sincerely thank them and hope to see them again on our next visit.

I recently booked two rooms at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Upon check-in, the receptionist kindly upgraded one of my rooms from a double to a quad, and near to each other which was greatly appreciated. When I entered the room, I was warmly welcomed with a fruit basket and a personalized welcome letter — a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, just steps away from the Haram and directly in front of the ladies’ gate, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, the coffee shop in the reception area offers a great atmosphere and quality beverages. I’d also like to highlight the housekeeping staff — particularly one gentleman who was extremely helpful, attentive, and courteous throughout my stay. Overall, I was highly impressed by the hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the wonderful hospitality during my stay. First of all, my heartfelt gratitude goes to the reception female staff for their warm and professional welcome, and to Mr. Qasim, the housekeeping supervisor, for ensuring the room was always clean and comfortable. Special thanks as well to Chef Ibrahim and the restaurant staff for the delicious buffet and their kind service — I truly enjoyed every meal. Staying so close to the Haram made this experience even more special. I also deeply appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the hotel management in providing a fruit basket and welcome letter — it truly made me feel valued and cared for. Thank you once again to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning, In shaa Allah.
