The facilities were really clean and very thought through. There were small nooks to chill and co work. The free coffee was lovely and the rooftop was nice and chilled during the day. I did a few of the evening activities and they were good. Not too long or drawn out (salsa) and met some people.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Beds were comfortable and the dorm room still had a lot of privacy. We had a very late bus (midnight) and the staff allowed us to stay until very late to freshen up and sit in the common areas which was very appreciated. They were also super helpful with organising tours around Medellin.

We we're delighted tot be able to check in early at 4 am in the morning after our night bus got us to Medellin. The view from our hotel room was nice and the hot tub was a luxurious touch. We also enjoyed the shared spaces on the rooftop and fourth floor. The in house brunch place had amazing food.
