Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.Please note that additional guests will need to pay an additional surcharge. My 7th stay in this Hotel and after having some issues the last 2 visits, it was perfect again. Location in a quiet residential area yet only a 5 minute drive from the nightlife action.Well stocked Minibar, very nice pool area, good beds. Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive (except for breakfast). Very good breakfast buffet. Free parking, old school grand Hotel Charme, yet fully renovated.

The Staff very friendly and Helpful. The room was nice, I liked the shower. The pool area. The breakfast was good and i enjoyed dinning on the patio. Nestor one of the servers spoke some english with me knowing my spanish wasn't perfect.
