The hotel was nice overall. Good location, safe area, plenty of restaurants around. Everything was clean and staff was nice and helpful. The swimming pool is really nice, with warm water.

The Laureles neighborhood is arguably the most pleasant, safest of the lower part of Medelln, and this hotel is located a few blocks from Nutibara Avenue and 70th street. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-kept, and all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The American-style breakfast included fresh orange juice, eggs, bacon, an arepa, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal if desired, and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The hotel also has a small swimming pool and jacuzzi.
