The host Mr Balthazar was fabulous, and tried really hard to help, however the accommodation was advertised incorrectly as three double rooms, sadly it isn’t, it is one double , with an extra sofa bed , two singles and a sofa bed in the lounge. We managed , however this meant our son had to sleep in the lounge, which also meant we all had to go to bed at the same time and we did not have a sofa to relax on. THe property is brand new and gorgeous, but almost at the top of a mountain on a very narrow and precarious road, this was very tricky in heavy snow, again, we coped. Sadly the swimming pool was cold and there was no sauna as advertised. We had to ask for a Wi-Fi router and swimming towels, all supplied with kindness, but I felt like a nuisance having to keep asking for these things. I think we were the first guests, at the end of the season, I think all the little wrinkles will be ironed out and all will be good. Thankyou.
