Excellent facilities, well designed comfortable rooms and an attractive communal area. Centrally located and well placed for seeing the city sights. Quiet, very clean, with everything needed and more. Exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was very good located . Everything was walking distance . Staff very friendly . Breakfast awesome. Japanese sashimi etc etc . Good variety of options . Rooms well equipped . Common areas like bath , massage chair and lobby also excellent .

the location is superb! 7-11 and Family Mart downstairs, right at the railway, tram and bus. beds were super comfortable and rooms are a good size too! there is free coffee and ice cream in the lobby and the coin laundry on the 3rd floor makes it extra convenient too.

Breakfast was great with lots of delicious food choices. The check in was quite slow and at times you have to wait quite a long time for one of the 2 elevators. The bed was quite hard, but okay but we were only given one pillow each. For the price of the hotel I would have expected 2 pillows. A clean hotel with helpful staff, but maybe for the price i would have expected a bit more comfort in the bedrooms.
