Everything! The library, the private bathtub, the dinner( what an experience!) , the breakfast, the room! Everything was amazing!!

If you’re wondering whether to book this hotel, don’t give it a second thought, do it! Spend the money, it is entirely worth it. It is an experience and like an art gallery from start to finish. Exceptional service and facilities and the staff are wonderful. The book store is jaw-droppingly good. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area and the surrounding streets are beautiful to walk around. The on-site onsen is absolutely stunning and the bath in the room is wonderful. The restaurant were able to cater to our dietaries and cooked us beautiful and creative vegan meals. Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed in!
