Please note that the 100% of first night deposit charged on day of booking must be paid. Very useful location if you are going to the Primavera sound festival. Staff were lovely and the kitchen/ breakfast area convenient.

All of the staff who worked there was incredibly welcoming. One of the female receptionist shown me a good shortcut of how to get to the beach. She walked with me a bit to ensure I understand her direction which made me feel very comfortable. This shortcut saved me 10min walk, thank you for this! I have to add that I came before 8am and check in was 11am but she kindly allowed me to keep few belongings which helped me a lot as I had to carry less. On the same day whilst I was checking in (evenings member of staff) welcomed me in the hotel with full professionalism and showed me all the area, and walked me to my room. He ensured if I have any questions. I also came briefly across other members of staff whom I found very polite. I did notice that all of members were working hard inside and outside the area - watering plants, swiping the outside area. After seeing all of this I extended my stay in this hotel to another two nights, bearing in mind that I usually stay no longer than one night in the one place. All facilities were clean/basic, breakfast in the morning was a huge advantage as no local shops. Thank you!

Went on the cheap and that's what I got, can't really complain. The staff were very attentive and the place was clean. A very decent bargain if you're in Porto for Primavera Sound, given how outrageously expensive hotels get around this time of the year

Cozy bed, nice bathroom and clean toilet, nice breakfast and kitchen, I enjoy the time here and all staff are very friendly. Thank you for everything 😄
