The fine print
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location. Metro is very close by. Across the street is a local bakery and an excellent butchers. Pingo supermarket is about 4 to 5 minutes, Lidl,in the opposite direction is about 7or 8 minutes. 10 minutes to the beach,great walking there,by the sea. Metro to the fish market area is worth a trip for the best,freshest fish restaurants. A small park,just 5 minutes away,has market stalls and a lovely cafe. So much to see,just in the immediate area,before you even get to Porto centre.
