Great location on the outskirts of Matlock. Run by Sue and John who are excellent hosts. Breakfast very good and rooms comfortable. A pleasant lounge with stunning views. Car parking fine. The site is located on a very steep hill, which wasn't any problem to us, in fact it added to the entertainment. However it may impact on guests with mobility issues. It's a very quiet location which makes the stay very relaxing.

Gorgeous room, comfortable bed and lovely seating area. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choice and hosts were very chatty and knowledgable of the local area. Views were breathtaking

Friendly hosts, impeccably clean facilities. Very Comfortable bed. Breakfast superb. Summertime stay with lovely views from Derwent Suite and patio. Guest lounge area with lots of books and brochures. Mini fridge in room is excellent. Great.
