It was clean and stylish, comfortable lounge, dining and sleeping arrangements. Good location although we hadn’t anticipated it being up such a steep hill. A really lovely stay 🥰

Would like to say thanks its a lovely house and everything was made very easy and without any hassels. A welcome bottle of wine and milk was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this property. Excellent bar right opposite and another on the corner which I would also recommend

Spotless, decorated and furnishings to an high standard. Comfortable beds. Accommodated us with an early check in which was appreciated gave us an extra day. Would definitely book again.

Location was perfect - close to pubs and bars that sold a good selection of real ales, close to the centre of Matlock and close to a number of fantastic walks. The owners were very welcoming, easy to communicate with and accommodating - we asked for a later checkout which was not an issue.
