Everything. Such a lovely couple running the place make you feel like family straight away and lots of little touches to make things a bit more special than lots of other similar B&B's.

Everything. John and Anne were great hosts. The breakfast was to die for, with so much choice. Our room was comfortable and it was nice to be able to sit outside in the garden and relax in the evenings. Close to the station for easy access up and down the track, as well as close to amenities.

comfortable and clean room with some lovely touches. Water, cookies, cafetière,toiletries . Breakfast very good. Good choice and cooked to order. Fresh fruit and yogurts, home made jams.

The “hosts” are very friendly, welcoming and glad human beings, they help you settle into their unique and homely B&B. Whilst space is premium they have endeavoured to maximise space & comfort. The house is ideally suited for entry into the Peak District and Dales.
