They saved a parking spot for us, sent us a list of restaurants and tours, and were really helpful with directions. The apt has a large double room and smaller second bedroom, well furnished and with lots of little extras such as toiletries, snacks, drinks in fridge etc, nice little touches.

The accommodation was fantastic. The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms, one large room that serves as a kitchen-dining room-living room, a large enough bathroom and a terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a family. Since we traveled by car, we found parking in the street in front. parking is free, we always found a free parking space. the location is ideal for easy functioning in the mother. Given that it wasn't our first time in Umatera, and that we have experience with other locations, I can say that this one is ideal. Veneto Square is a 5-minute walk away. The location is quiet and safe.

Really close to Matera ancient town. Additionally I was able to park our rental car just outside the apartment for no fee. Apartment was really clean, the host is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.
