Nice studio very close to the old center. We were allowed to park in front, very convenient (but this option is subject to availability). The host was very sympathetic and helpful.

The accommodation was wonderful. The owners are very helpful and easy-going people. We were late arriving, but it was no problem for the owners to accommodate us in the evening. The rooms are beautiful, beautiful bathroom, everything is clean, new, functional, including air-conditioned rooms. Another big benefit was the possibility of charging the car 5 m from the hotel. It is a 4-minute leisurely walk to the historic center of Matera. Within 2-3 minutes there are fruit shops, a bakery, and many quality restaurants and cafes in the historic center.

I stayed one night in July at Lamia Room Rentals and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the area. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were truly wonderful: kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Even though it was a short stay, I felt very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Well decorated with nice little balcony. Close to the edge of the Sassi area. Host is lovely and tried very hard to please. Breakfast €10 was really nice local specialties- cakes were excellent! Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance.
