Staff was warm, friendly, helpful. Choices for buffet breakfast were quite limited, but still, it was generally good. Location was far from the main tourist areas, and there were very stores or restaurants nearby. But we had a car, and so, we had no problems moving around.

It is located in a quiet, peaceful area just outside Matera. It is a 7-minute drive to the center and easy to reach. The receptionists and other staff are very friendly and helpful. We received valuable recommendations from both receptionists for where to eat and which places to visit in Matera and outside.
