The host was incredibly great to work with! Super responsive and was easy to reach through whatsapp. The building is older; but the room is spacious, clean, and had basic amenities (electric kettle, fridge, towels & soap) The apartment room is located: 2 minutes from a playground, 8 minutes from the main square and a 15 minute walk to historic "Sassi di Matera". Making it a perfect spot for families.
