I recently stayed at Eco Kings Villa for my family holiday, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions such as Madiha/Polhena beach. Colombo-Mathara main road is meters away and you can find the local resturnats, shops, cafes in walking distance. One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The amenities were top-notch. Overall, my stay at Eco Kings Villa was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect holiday retreat!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is nice and beautifully maintained, perfect for a family getaway. The environment was peaceful and felt very homely. Highly recommend for those looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

We were looking for a self catering quiet place where we could spend a couple of nights in Matara. The property was very clean with a good garden and all facilities were in working order. Very little noise from the surroundings so we had a very relaxing time. The Cargills super market just across the corner also was very convenient when we had to quickly buy something. Two rooms had air conditioning. The remaining rooms had pedestal fans. We could prepare our own meals as we planned (but some items were missing so had to buy/use our own or ask the host to supply them)

The property was so close to the beach and clubs for party. The owner was very friendly and helped us in organizing a great party there. Totally worth the money.
