The room was clean but very small, bathroom was nice, very friendly host family lives downstairs (the house is under permanent control same as the guests), parking nearby - but you need always ask the host for the key when you leave or arrive.

Had parking area nearby free of charge. The family running the place were very nice. Bed was comfortable.
