Spacious and clean, good patio area, living area and two big bedrooms. Also washing machine which helped on the last day of our travels. The host Adonis was extremely polite and helpful and on hand to assist with anything we needed. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great location. Close to port, beach, restaurants and a bakery for breakfast and coffee. Host was really great. Gave us a lift from airport. Helped us renting a car. He was always in contact in case we needed anything. House is really clean and rooms are spacy with closets in both. Every room has air conditioner and blind to make the room fully dark at nights.

Everything! We have stayed in this resort many times but not in this house. Antonis, the host, is superb and takes really good care of his guests. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities are really good, beds really comfy and the place is so clean. Antonis cleans the property regularly and changes towels, beddings etc. Location is right in the centre of the resort, beach is a few minutes walk away and the balcony seating is excellent for watching the world go by! We will definitely stay here again!

Meltemi House is an absolute amazing place to stay if you are in Kos. It is located just 1 minute from a wonderful sandy beach which is perfect for families with kids. The apartment is super clean, cosy, has everything you need while on holiday, including even the washing machine and air condition in all rooms -- 4 (!!!) in total. Its also very fresh and the home furnishing is done in a way that its just nice to be there. A great place!!! Antoni is the best host you could have - he can support if you need in any question, tips for places to go, eat, anything. He met us at the airport and bring us back to the airport upon departure. And he is also a wonderful person, who is doing his utmost best to create a memorable holiday for you. He had wine and juices and water cooled in the fridge for us as a welcome treat and we'd definitely come back to this place again.
