The host was lovely. I had booked the wrong day but within half an hour I had a response to my enquiry to change dates and on the phone to a nice lady who was very helpful for me to find the key.

Everything was perfect. We loved that all amenities were available for us to use (coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, etc.)! More rubbish bags would be nice.
