The reception is closed between 12:00 and 14:00 on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.Please note that upon check-in guests will be requested to show a photo ID and a credit card. The details of theses cards must match the reservation's holder ones.For stays up to 7 nights, optional housekeeping service is available upon request : at an additional cost, guests can request their bed linen and towels to be changed or a full housekeeping service. For stay of 8 nights and more, weekly housekeeping is provided and included in the rates

Super clean. So close to the RER. Makes the slightly longer commute to the city centre seem okay. Very nice locality as well with two super markets just around. Sweet people at the front desk, it was easy to communicate with them.

The room, though small, was very clean and was sufficient enough for one person. The location of the hotel is excellent, just beside Massy Railway Station. It has a supermarket just beside it, and one branch of French Supermarket Auchum is just opposite the hotel to buy stuff for breakfast. It was a really great stay at the hotel. I felt totally safe as a solo female traveler. Microwave, electric kettle etc were working fine and clean plates and other utensils were there for dinner and lunch.
