Everything about this house was excellent. We were travelling as a family of 5 and we’re looking for a base to explore York and the sales and this was the perfect location, and a beautiful and comfortable home. The owners should be very proud of the lovely accommodation they provide, and it is close to a Co-op(open 9am til 10pm) and a lovely village with several pubs. We are at both the Black Sheep brewery and The King’s Arms and both were great. We highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay - we stayed 4 nights and happily would have stayed longer. We enjoyed visits to York, Hawes, saw a soccer game at Askrigg, the Druidd’s Temple and Fountains Abbey. Thanks.
