It was incredible clean & the facilities were good; we were given coffee pods with no coffee machine, we were very confused lol but the was quickly rectified when we spoke to reception. We had breakfast in the cafe & this was nice, not sure why they put balsamic vinegar on this, seemed pointless.

Breakfast was good a bit expensive for what it was but thats the norm in UK now.

The welcome pack was above and beyond. The cottage was very clean. The location was excellent, with a 10-minute walk across the field into Masham. Will definitely be back in the future.
