The property is beautiful and we were very comfortable . The outdoor space is great for children and the castle of Marvão is worth visiting. We enjoyed driving through Portalegre and a dip in the sever river.

The house is well equipped for a small family to stay. Super comfy beds! Perfect shower stream and warm water. The swimming pool is bigger then in pictures and the water comes straight from a natural water stream within the property. Great Wi-Fi signal that allowed us to have several devices connected without loosing quality. The area around has wonderful walking paths that we enjoyed every morning! Be sure to have some kitten food around as you are bound to get familiar with the neighborhood cats, very friendly. And sheep might come by to pay a visit, as we have seen!
