The flat is located on the first floor. The windows (sound tight) are on the side of a busy street. Personally, this did not bother us. The contact with the owner (or the person in charge of the flat) was very good🙂. Prompt and friendly. The flat has a washing machine, large smart TV, kitchenette, air conditioner. It is about 15 minutes walk to the metro station. We can also get to the centre by tram. The keys to the flat are hidden in a locker, so checking in is quick and easy. The hot water is probably from a boiler that heats the water. There is no problem with too hot or too cold water when taking a shower.

Despite some initial problems with the apartment (issues with the last guests) we had an amazing stay here. I would recommend it to everyone.

The aparment is really nice, but what is really amazing are the owners! During my first day, after 10 pm I don't was able to switch on the air conditioner and after 5 mins, they went there to help me...furthermore, during my long stay, the Company that I working for, decided to fire me. Considering that the cancerllation of a reservation is forbidden, the owners approved to refound me the unused days! Amazing
