Lovely big room and bathroom. Giant bed that was super comfy. Also really convenient to have a kitchenette with a coffee machine too.

The hotel was pleasant, clean, and thoughtfully designed—from the welcoming lobby to the truly comfortable rooms. After long walks around Marseille, it was a cosy, peaceful, and safe place to return to, making our stay even more enjoyable. I want to especially thank Tata at the front desk. She was polite, warm, and incredibly helpful from the start, and even after our checkout, she assisted us with an issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication truly stands out and reflects the excellent service of the whole team. When we come back to Marseille, this will definitely be our first choice—we won’t look anywhere else. I would gladly give this hotel a full 10/10 rating in a such category and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally polite and consistently willing to assist. Public transportation (both bus and tram) was conveniently located just steps away, offering direct routes to the city center. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and provided a peaceful atmosphere.
