Location was amazing! Communal areas were lovely, lots of plants and well looked after. There was a small pool in the court yard although I didn’t feel comfortable to use. It is just inside the entrance and it is also where food is served. Great roof terrace with plenty of areas to relax in both shaded and unshaded areas with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

We absolutely loved our stay in Riad Lyla. The place is gorgeous and full of character. We had the largest suite which was perfect for our family of 4 adults which came with very good aircon, so so welcome as temperatures in the Medina rose to 44 degrees, as was the pool, a perfect way to cool down after sightseeing and shopping! The host was super friendly and helpful, and I better mention that breakfast was yummy too! All in all, the Riad and the suite far exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!

We stayed at Riad Lyla our last night of 16 self driving in Morocco. It felt like home. This is a completely personal experience if you're a lover of fine art and antiquities as the house has a lifetime collection of art, antiques, photos and furniture. As soon as we arrived we had tea at a table with fresh cut roses. Our room was the owner's suite and was a truly lovely experience. We wished we had stayed longer. It's quiet yet very close to one of the gates in the wall making it easy to get to.
